Editorial policy

MoveWell publishes mobility routines, recovery tool reviews and evidence guides. These are the standards our team works to, and what to do if you think we got something wrong.

Independence

  • No brand pays for coverage, a listing, a ranking or a grade.
  • Brands don't see or approve our pages before they are published.
  • Commissions from affiliate links never decide what we recommend or the order. See How MoveWell makes money.
  • If a brand gives us a product for free, the page that covers it will say so.

Conflicts of interest

MoveWell is a product of Impossible LLC, the company behind IMPOSSIBLE, and both are run by founder Joel Runyon. IMPOSSIBLE sells its own products. When a MoveWell page covers a category where IMPOSSIBLE sells something, the page discloses that relationship. MoveWell also makes the MoveWell app, and our pages sometimes point to it. It's our own product, and we treat it that way.

Health content

MoveWell is for education. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace a clinician. Our evidence guides follow the method on How we review: primary sources first, a stated grade for each claim, and a clear note wherever something is unverified. Peptide guides cover evidence and legal status and don't give dosing advice. We never link to sellers of "research use only" peptides.

Bylines

Every review and guide carries a byline. Reviews and buying guides are by Joel Runyon. Peptide guides are by the MoveWell Research Team. MoveWell doesn't have a medical reviewer yet, and we won't imply that one checked a page when nobody did.

Updates

We revisit guides when new research, a regulatory change or a price change affects the advice. The "Updated" date on a page changes only for substantive changes, never for cosmetic edits.

Corrections

If we get a fact, a grade, a price or a citation wrong, we fix it. For significant errors, the ones that change what a reader would do, we add a dated correction note to the page saying what changed. Typos and broken links are fixed without a note.
