Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the MoveWell mobile application.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MoveWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MoveWell for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscriptions & Payments

MoveWell PRO Subscription:

  • MoveWell offers auto-renewable subscription options
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

Pricing:

  • Monthly: $9.99/month
  • Yearly: $59.99/year (best value)

Intellectual Property

All content in MoveWell (videos, images, text, logos) is owned by Impossible Ventures LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the app
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
  • Share your account credentials
  • Attempt to access other users' data

Disclaimer of Warranties

MoveWell is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impossible Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MoveWell.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MoveWell at any time for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
