MK 677 is an experimental research peptide used by bodybuilders for its improved aesthetic and strength effects on the body.
It seems to have a wide range of longevity & muscle building effects.
MK 677 Mechanism of Action
MK 677 works by promoting the secretion of growth hormone and insulin like growth factor (GH and IGF-1 respectively). It does this by mimicking the hormone grhelin’s action and binds to the gherkin receptors in the brain.
Dosage
Because it’s a research chemical – all dosage ranges are customized to the individual.
Dosages range from 2mg to 50mg a day. 25mg seems to be the most commonly dosage level in experiments, but 10mg also seems to have significant effects.
Most people start out at 10mg and then titrate their way up based on their own tolerance and results.
MK 677 has a half life of 24 hours and is typically taken daily.
